PharmaNords Bio-Glandin contains Borage oil with 25% of its fatty acid as gammalinolenic acid (GLA), a richer source of GLA than Evening Primrose Oil which has only 8-10% as GLA. A multi vitamin and mineral supplement may be beneficial such as Bio-Antioxidant, which contains other important prostaglandin precursing components. Studies have shown that GLA has a positive effect on those who suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, atopic dermatitis and those who suffer from PMS (Pre-Menstrual syndrome) and mastodynia (breast pain). Those who suffer from allergies may also benefit from this supplement.
