Suggested Adult Intake:
Pharma Nord recommends 1 tablet a day. Tablets are best taken with food, particularly that with a high fibre content. Pharma Nord recommends 1 tablet of Bio-Chromium and 4 tablets of Bio-Fibre 80 to be taken together daily.

Cautions:
chromium supplements should be taken with caution by patients with impaired renal function or diabetes (the insulin dose may need to be adjusted).
Bio-Chromium should not be taken by indivduals with a known allergy to yeast.
