Since going through the menopause I keep getting urinary problems, my Dr said it was due to lower hormone levels but I didn\'t want HRT as this was my only problem. A friend suggested D-mannose and I have to say it keeps all the problems under control. Originally I took it three times a day but now I take one a day and it certainly works for me.
